Board of Directors Elections

One of the most important decisions you can make for your community is to get involved. A great way to be involved is to serve on the board of directors. This year there are two positions opening up on the board of directors. These positions will serve a two year term. The two directors whose term is coming to an end are Gerald Clamors and Daphne Reitz. The remaining board members are Don Lickteig, Jo So, and Gayle Voyles.

If you feel you possess the qualifications and commitment to maintain the high standards of our community, please complete an application.

Applications are available in the clubhouse, mail room, or via this blog in the pages section and are due December 1st.

If you feel you do not have the time to personally serve, please encourage a neighbor to consider serving.

Holiday Social Activities

Cookie Exchange and Tree Trimming

December 2, Thursday, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Bring two (2) dozen of your favorite cookies along with two copies of the recipe to share. Package each dozen individually for easy exchanging. You'll go home ready to serve up some new holiday treats!

The HOA will provide light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages while we start trimming the tree.

Morning Coffee and Tree Trimming

December 4, Saturday, 9 am - 11:30 am

Join us for Saturday morning coffee for friendship and fun as we put the final touches on the holiday tree.

The HOA will provide a coffee bar (delightful treats to fill your cup, flavored creamers, chocolate shavings, whipped cream, etc.) and breakfast pastries.

Don't forget that the clubhouse is available for residents to rent. Host your holiday party at Tomahawk Creek. See the management office for details.

Safety Lecture and Saturday Morning Coffee

The Leawood Police will be joining us for Saturday morning coffee at 10 am. They will chat with us and give us friendly reminders on how to stay safe in our community.
