2. When and where are the Board of Directors meetings held?
Every third Thursday of the month at 6:15 in the clubhouse. These are different from the general Home Owner's Association meetings which are held quarterly at 7:00 p.m. in the clubhouse.
3. Can anyone attend a Board of Directors meeting?
Yes, the meetings are open to the community.
4. Can anyone speak at the meeting?
Anyone from the community can speak for five minutes. There is an open forum at each meeting allowing members of the community to speak. Contact Nancy, the on-site property manager, by phone (913.663.1103) or by email (tomahawkcreek@kc.rr.com) if you have additional questions about speaking.
5. If I am not able to attend, is there any other way to know what happened in the meeting?
Yes, just contact Nancy, the on-site property manager, and ask for a copy of the minutes.
6. How do I contact the Board of Directors?
The easiest way is to send an email to Nancy at tomahawkcreek@kc.rr.com and have her forward it to the Board as a whole or to a specific member.
