Happy New Year and Welcome Signature Property Management and New Board Members!
As you have read in the letters that have been sent to you, Tomahawk Creek Condominiums are now being managed by Signature Property Management. Signature has taken the place of The Tiehen Group.
You will be seeing some new and old faces around the property. In the office is Leslie Champion, the new on-site property manager. Around the property you will still see Bill Gates, our maintenance guy. Also on property from time to time will be Samantha Gwin, Regional Property Supervisor. A meet and greet with all the employees will be set up soon. Stay tuned.
If you have any questions about online dues payment, please call Leslie Champion in the office at 913.663.1103. She will happy to help you set up payments.
The community elected two new board members at the annual meeting. Please welcome John McKelvey and Gerald Clamors to the board. You can meet John and Gerald at the first board meeting on January 20, 2011. All board meetings are open to residents and take place the third Thursday of the month at 6:15 p.m. in the clubhouse.
Tomahawk Creek also has a social committee, a nominating committee, a landscape committee, a computer services committee, the covenants committee and the architectural standards committee. Some of these committees are fully functioning and some are not. New members are always welcome. Join for a year, or just join for one project. Either way, your involvement is appreciated. Watch the bulletin board and newsletters for meeting information on these committees.
