Please know that if you have a key to your unit on file with the office, it will be disposed of on August 19th if not picked up before then.
Fobs to access the pool area are available to be picked up by owners now. Come any time during regular business hours (M-F 9-6).
Any attachments to the building structure (screws or nails, for example) must be removed forthwith, and the holes must be patched appropriately. The problem with the holes is that they are allowing water to get inside the structure and contributing to our (ongoing and expensive) wood rot issues. Leslie will be around soon to make sure all the holes have been repaired.
There have been some problems with parking. All cars must be parked in a proper parking space, not in the drive lanes against the curbs. The reason this is so important is because we have such narrow drive lanes. As a result, emergency vehicles cannot get past any cars that may be parked against a curb; there is just not enough room. Please let your guests know where the visitor parking is located.
The next HOA meeting is September 15th at 7 pm in the clubhouse.
On a happy note, there are a bunch of social events coming up in August. Game nights are the 16th and the 25th from 7 - 8:30 pm in the clubhouse. Also, there are outings planned for the 10th and the 19th. Please see the newsletter for more details. If you have any ideas for other get togethers, please leave a comment right here on the blog!
I hope that the newsletter was telling the truth about the pool closing. There should be another way to handle this situation.
